You'll Wonder Who I Am

"Here's a little riddle for you. See if you can figure it out before you read the answer in the last stanza."
I've lived my life on Jupiter,
I've lived my life on Mars,
I've lived my life on galaxies,
Beyond the distant stars.
Before the world was made,
Before the time of plants and birds,
Before the grassy glade.
I've travelled through both time and space,
Beyond both light and sound,
Read every great philosophy,
Wherever truth is found.
I'm every place you want to look,
And everywhere you'll be,
And one day I will visit you,
But you will not see me.
And now you wonder who I am,
Or who I ought to be,
I'll tell you now just who I am,
I am "Eternity".
