Bra-VO, David! An EXCELLENT response to those who think that fussing, whining, yelling, swearing, and complaining will resolve their problems! And you wrote it perfectly: The "Dr. Seuss" couplets are at the perfect educational level for everyone to understand. :)Thanks Danny,Maybe some complainers will read this and see themselves. Those same people should try working on the other side of the desk for once. Thanks for the wonderful comments.
I used to be the "Last Resort" customer service rep for a company I actually owned. I was always surprised at the people who hoped to achieve a happy ending when they began by calling me names. Good Work Here!!Thanks Anthony,It's nice to hear from someone who has "been there, done that" in a Complaint Department.
I really enjoyed reading this passage. Thanks very much ofr sharing. And thank you for reading, Jena.
Great article. Well done.I have worked with the public and you will know how many inconsiderate egotistical self-centred snobs there is out there. When I buy a product and it is dodgy I may will contact customer services but I always try my best to remember that it is the company that I am angry with, not the unfortunate person who has to sort these things out and all the staff can do is follow a set of procedures they did not even write. Thanks Connor,I just wish that more people would see the situation as you do. It would make everyone's life a little easier. Thanks for a great comment.
